MY MUSIC

Here are a few songs I've written recently. They are instrumental only, and are mostly just me having fun making music on the computer. The files are all MP3 format and can be downloaded and played in almost any music player. Depending on your settings, they may play directly in your web browser.

About the Songs:

These are not necessarily songs, but more experiments and learning how to record and edit on the computer. Regardless of the results, it's a lot of fun to do.

Update: I recently upgraded to Apple's Logic Pro - pretty freakin' amazing. I've been trying to customize everything - my own drums, keyboards, etc. It's amazing the level of control you have with Logic. My wonderful wife also bought me a new Fender VG Strat for my birthday (sunburst with maple fretboard) - absolutely love it.

All instruments except a few drum tracks played by me. All songs recorded and mixed in Apple's GarageBand software. Guitar effects created with Guitar Rig 3 (awesome guitar amp simulator - simulates tons of amps, speaker cabinets, etffects, etc.). Guitars used: Fender Telecaster, Travel-Guitar Speedster (black). Bass Guitar: just regular guitar with Guitar Rig's Oktaver (plays notes 1-2 octaves lower). Keyboard: M-Audio Keystation 49e (49 keys). Drums: Apple drum loops, and me on a few.
